Shaped by Melody’s Taiwanese heritage and classical French pastry training, Sweet Diplomacy reflects her globally inspired approach to baking, hospitality, and storytelling. Created to bring people together through the brand’s mission of “World Flavors and Inclusive Tastes”, the brand is known for thoughtful gifting, refined presentation, and special diet-friendly food and beverage creations spanning baked goods, teas, coffee, and cocoa—making celebration more accessible to everyone.

Colorado Apothecary Co. is a modern mountain apothecary creating botanical skincare, fragrance, and ritual goods inspired by Colorado’s landscapes, plant wisdom, and sense of place.
Founded by Melody Hu, herbalist and sensory alchemist, the brand is rooted in the quiet intelligence of botanicals and brings together a lifelong love of plants, fragrance, wild natural wisdom, and ancestral mind-body rituals.
Colorado Apothecary Co. approaches herbal wisdom and fragrance as a form of alchemy — a way to translate memory, atmosphere, and the natural world into objects for daily use.
Our first fragrance collection, Modern Mountain Memories, begins with candles inspired by rain on mountain stone, the herbal stillness of Boulder, and the golden warmth of red sandstone at dusk. Future offerings will expand into herbal skincare and botanical care goods shaped by the same philosophy: plant power, ancestral ritual, grounded materials, and scent as a doorway into botanical wisdom.

Named after the right side of a navigating vessel, Starboard Expedition is a creative production studio specializing in creative direction, cinematic storytelling, and emotionally resonant media content. Drawing from Melody’s background in luxury brand marketing and the performing arts, the studio brings together artistic intuition and strategic clarity to create films, photography, and branded content that feel both refined and deeply human.
Exploring stories of depth, navigating the human heart, and charting new frontiers of storytelling, Starboard Expedition is guided by the belief that meaningful creative work should explore, reveal, transport, and move. Through image, story, and emotion, the studio creates media experiences that resonate beyond the surface.
